One of the things that is very true in this movie is how when you live in New York, even though so many people live there, you are constantly randomly running into people you know.
There’s also a lot of randomly bursting into tears on the street. But I guess that’s a tweet for a different thread.

When I was in grad school, I met Tom and Rita. Their kid was touring the school and wanted to know if i liked it. I told them I did. I was drunk at 9am at school tho, so that should have been a clue that I was lying.
Anyway, grad school was tough and the climax of the movie was a great time to tell that story. Ryan is leaving the house in a cute dress now.
