I'm noticing a significant uptick in two things this week from transphobes:

- Sketchy arguments that everything from trans people existing to basic sex ed classes continuing to be taught are a slippery slope to the normalization of pedophilia.

- The endorsement of James Cantor.

I'm going to guess most people reading this don't understand what horrific and digusting hypocrisy that is because you don't know who James Cantor is.

I am assuming you don't know who James Cantor is because you aren't in a state of constant horror that the guy whose entire deal

is trying to convince the world that pedophilia is a sexual orientation as valid as being gay and should be treated as such is not only just walking around out there, but is a practicing psychologist, and a "big name expert" people look to for validation when people question if

someone is, you know, sexually abusing children.

This happens. A lot. Particularly when transphobes are trying to defend people who practice conversion therapy and work on "studies" like this one.
