3. The District Municipality is involved to inspect the land allocated. The Municipality should ensure that the would be developer does not interfere with other people's surface rights
4. The Municipality shud approve that da land allocated does not exceed 250ha

5. The land therefore be surveyed by the registered Surveyor either for 14 or 99 year lease (Note that the 14 year lease will be phasing out soon if not already)
