15. Credit system for graduation for each year students will get some credits which s/he can utilize if s/he takes break in between the course and comes back again to complete the course later.

19. For any gradn course if a student completes 1 yr s/he wil get a basic certificate,if s/he completes 2 yrs s/he wil get Diploma certificate & if s/he completes ful course s/he wil get degree certificate. So no yr of any student wil b wasted if s/he breaks d course in between.
20.All the graduation courses fees of all Universities will be governed by a single authority with capping on each course.
