Nothing to Something: An incredible accomplishment.

Something to perfect: Barely noticeable.

Just get to something!

A quick thread... #30DaysofThreads 👇🏽
So, I've been answering questions from folks on here and based on the things folks are agonizing over, I thought this might be a good reminder:

"Perfection is for people who plan to live forever!"

Let it go!
Our process for launching companies is the same every time:

1) Create a dope looking brand
2) Set up ways for our customers to pay us
3) Drive as much traffic as we can muster.
What we don't do:

Agonize over the gazillion "whatifs" and "buts" and "well the problem is" that people use to stop themselves.

90% of what we end up learning about a business we learn AFTER the launch!
The outcome of working this way?

We get stuff done!

Never perfectly! But that's not the goal.
Our goal is to get on the road and start driving while most folks are still agonizing over

diesel vs gasoline
or google maps vs yahoo
or spotify vs google play
or "woocommerce vs shopify"
or whatever else folks agonize over for weeks....
This stuff makes no difference in your success but folks often spend a long time agonizing over this stuff.

As long as you make it easy for people to pay and you're selling what people want and providing good after purchase service most other things don't really matter.
Either way to get to the meat of this.

Don't wait until things are perfect to launch!

The goal is get customers, make mistakes, improve processes, and acquire institutional knowledge!
And when in doubt almost every problem you can imagine can be solved by this one little crazy thing:

GET CUSTOMERS!
Scared? Get customers.
intimidated? Get customers.
Unsure? Get customers.
Apprehensive? Get customers.

You'll learn faster, tighten up your mindset issues, and start to move with confidence.

Happens like this for me every single time.
So to wrap this up:

Try your best to not let your overthinking get in the way before you even start.

Or be oriented towards seeking perfection.

I'm always dead wrong on what I think the main issues are going to be in a new business. 🤣
And finally, as for perfection it usually looks like this:

Nothing to Something: Incredible distance between the two.

Something to perfect: Barely noticeable.

Get to something!

Good luck and don't be this cat. 😭
