Thread explaining why Ole is a better and more proven manager than Frank Lampard
First of all Ole’s management career before Man Utd is better than Lampard, Ole won the league with Molde who had never won a league title in there clubs history whereas Lampard took Derby from 6th to 6th despite having Mount, Tomori and Harry Wilson on loan
Ole then managed Cardiff for half a season and got them relegated having never managed in English football and taking over a club that was in disarray
Onto their Premier League careers, Lampard took over from a team who had finished 3rd (3 places higher than United) and had won the league 2 seasons prior, whereas Ole took over a team which were 6th and 11 points off top 4 and reduced that to 5 points at the end of the season
Although Chelsea had a transfer ban they still brought in,
