I've built a pretty amazing network from scratch over the last 10 years. It's been my unfair advantage. Humblebrag, I know.

The secret of how to do this shocks most people: Uber successful people get excited helping ambitious young people who are doing interesting stuff.
Hell - doesn't even need to be that interesting. Just do stuff.

Then successful people are like "I better attach myself to this kid and buy his stock early otherwise I'll miss out."

Also, they love action. So they wanna live through you.
I think many up and comers (I'm that), think "oh this person is too busy, i'm a nobody." Been there. I get that.

But ballers wanna be involved with future ballers more than you think...mostly just because it's exciting.
And the threshold of baller and not baller is really just taking action and filling them in on it. Even if the action isn't that great or dumb.

Just DO!

I've met @scottbelsky @tferriss @davenemetz @awilkinson and hundreds more this way. They've helped me a TON.
This is a super common theme of all the biographies I read.

Andrew Carnegie had Tom Scott
Cornelius Vanderbilt had Thomas Gibbons
And many more.

Not everyone great had this. But many did.
