1. 6% of GDP will be allocated towards education. It was 3% in 2018-19.
2. Education will be imparted to students in their mother tongue till 5th standard. And there will be no imposition of any language on anyone.
3. Board exams will be low stake and more based on analysis and application rather than rote learning. There will be final examinations in class 3rd, 5th and 8th other than 10th and 12th.
4. Report cards won't only contain marks, they'd contain a detailed report of the skills of the student using AI.
5. There won't be a hard differentiation between curricular and co-cureicular skills, a student needs to develop atleast one vocational skill while in school.
6. Curriculum will be reduced to core concepts only.
7. UG Degrees ranging from 3 to 4 years will have multiple exit options.
8. Strengthening and promoting the teaching and learning of Indian languages such as Pali, Prakrit and Sanskrit.
9. Special provisions for disabled children, including standardization of the Indian Sign Language.
