Glad we are going into stage 3 in Toronto. We earned it!

1. Each of us needs to be a good citizen. Wear a mask, get a test & stay home when ill, continue to stay in our social circles, etc.

2. Continue to up our #TestTraceIsolateSupport game.
It's so, so much better than it was a few months ago. But as we liked to say @HQOntario, better has no limit.

3. Tighten border entry controls and post-entry protocols for people coming into the country, particularly from the US and other hot spots.
4. Support people who need help, to reduce risk from both Covid and non-Covid illness.

Some countries are already seeing second waves. Over the next 6 months, some more countries will likely see substantial second waves, and others likely won't.
