Please do not pressure people, or call them out, for not having pronouns in their bio. There are a lot of valid reasons to not do so. We don't know where people are in their individual journeys.
There was a time when I didn't *have* correct pronouns; I was comfortable with all of them. Putting "any/all" in my bio confused a lot of folks and opened me to harassment from others. A longer explanation wasn't possible (because character limits).
It is helpful when cis people normalize pronouns in their bio because that means it stops being a trans marker, and it reinforces the idea that appearance isn't gender.
At the same time: do not bully individual cis-seeming people to do so. They may not be cis. You don't know.

Also: There are accounts who term-search and harass people for having pronouns in bio, particularly neopronouns. It's not our place to "volunteer" people for online bullying. Pronouns in bio are their choice.
To be clear: It's fine to make the suggestion, I think. A lot of cis people probably haven't thought of this idea. But pressuring someone isn't the same thing as making a suggestion.
When in doubt, I-statements work well. ("I have pronouns in my bio so I can help normalize-")
