I'm to the point now where I can basically recite the things I would do to try and turn NL around:
- Ban Corporate/Union donations;
- Universal childcare;
- Immigration incentives (biz/personal tax breaks, etc);
- Retraining of workforce into tech (think TAGS);

- Significant incentive program for tech companies/workers to relocate to NL;
- Ban VLTs;
- Hire 500 or so SW/counselors to provide free mental health counseling to the entire population of NL;
- Publicly fund elections;
- Create anti-corruption investigation/enforcement dept;

- Fix public procurement (again);
- Regionalize municipalities;
- Restore responsibility for much of government decisions to senior civil servants / reduce the power of the premiers office;

And that's a good start in my book. Free of charge to anyone who wants it.
