In this thread, I'll SHATTER that objection, by telling you about something called Wholesaling.

A simple way to make money in real estate with VERY little money out of pocket

One of my companies is a Wholesaling Real Estate company

Now, a lotta folks get into it on an entry-level

Because you don't need to have any money

So, how is that? Let me explain...

THREAD

When driving around, you may see those signs around town; ''We buy houses for cash''

Now, someone calls that phone number and says;'' I need to sell this house to put my kid to college''

Basically, they wanna trade some equity for a quick no-hassle sale

So, the wholesaler writes up a purchase contract

''I'm gonna buy this property for $200,000''

Now -- there's a whole bunch of guys who invest in property. Landlords or they fix and flip houses

Those guys typically don't have the ability to source deals like me

I ALWAYS tell people:

Wholesaling real estate is simply the art of locating DEEPLY discounted properties again and again

THREAD

Then you message these guys, and say:

''Hey, I have this house under contract. I'm thinking of selling instead of buying it. Do you want to buy it?''

Then a couple of guys show up

One may offer $212,000

And when he buys?

You get a check for $12,000

So, that's called wholesaling

You never buy the property

You're just selling the contract
