Belarusian media report that police has detained 32 Russian mercenaries who arrived in the country to destabilise the situation during the electoral campaign: https://www.belta.by/incident/view/pod-minskom-zaderzhany-32-boevika-inostrannoj-chastnoj-voennoj-kompanii-dopolneno-400500-2020/
Many names listed in the BY media report can be found in the (quite notorious) Myrotvorets database that, in particular, lists fighters who are/were taking part in the Russian war against Ukraine.
According to the database, the majority of those 32 mercenaries are Russian citizens, while some others are Ukrainian. But all of them seem to belong to the Wagner PMC that fought in Ukraine, Syria and Africa.
While some of the mercenaries can be considered Ukrainian citizens, they could have obtained Russian citizenship very recently (after Putin had facilitated the naturalisation process for Ukrainians, especially those from the occupied parts of Ukraine).
