The bad thing ... move away from English as medium of instruction.
Whether one likes it or not, English rules the world. It is far too late to challenge it. https://twitter.com/Pradip_K_Varma/status/1288442534700756997

There is nothing wrong in integrating "humanities" with STEM. There are all kinds of skills. As long as something useful is being learnt instead of timepass it is OK.
The key is Skills + Core Concepts + Credits transfer ... this combines focus, relevance & flexibility.
A lot of useless stuff gets replaced by skills while retaining a core knowledge base. https://twitter.com/Pradip_K_Varma/status/1288442534700756997

The choices given for medium of instruction are Mother Tongue, Regional Language & Home Language.
What if the student claims English as his Home Language? https://twitter.com/Pradip_K_Varma/status/1288442911697375232

I do not know the exact definition but a lot of things with varying utility are possibly under Humanities ... Literature, Philosophy(with Logic), History, Geography, Law, Politics, Archaeology, Culture, Languages, Sociology, Art. https://twitter.com/blackcat_1iii/status/1288453381808218113
These course modules have to be structured properly with an emphasis on testable skill certificates. Useful combinations are possible especially involving Law & Geography. https://twitter.com/Pradip_K_Varma/status/1288455871668858886
What if "Home Language" is used as a loophole to ensure English Medium?
And what if that is the intent? No one can oppose as that option has to be given in all fairness.
So that provides options to all ... Language enthusiasts & normal people. https://twitter.com/Pradip_K_Varma/status/1288453976980107265

In that case I've absolutely nothing against the NEP. It is very good & all credit to Javdekar for pulling this off.
