Kenney really thinks he is funny and clever with his insults and jabs at the NDP. He’s making a big show about how he’s *actually* going to read the bill. Rebecca Shultz giggles in a sycophantic way sitting behind him. #ableg

Now he’s affectedly whispering ‘profit-making professional corporation’ when he talks about doctors’ private practices. Then he crosses his hands in front of his chest and says, “I know, I get ill just thinking about it.” #ableg
Kenney says, “This is the anti-privatization bill.” His logic is that it limits the profits for doctors, and doctors have professional corporations that make profit. #ableg
He says the official opposition is “well-ensconced in Fantasy Island”. He AGAIN mentions NDP fund-raising efforts (at least the third time—is this bothering him?) and NDP’s back to school plan (again, at least twice so far. Why is he dwelling on it in this debate?). #ableg

He shares a story about a rich friend who needed knee surgery who flew down to Denver for surgery. The surgeon was from Edmonton. Is this supposed to make people feel better about what’s going to happen to Alberta’s system? #ableg
