Friends it's time for another good thread and this one is gonna take a long time so buckle up. We're making #ribs.
We use the St. Louis style ribs (got these from Costco) and slather both sides in our homemade dry rub. It's a lot of dry rub.
Recipe for the rub: ground coffee, brown sugar, kosher salt, smoked paprika, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and a little Dutch process cocoa powder.
Then, we put it in the vacu-seal. (yes, this is necessary for reasons you will see later.)
Now, we are putting it in the fridge over night. Will pick up later after zzzz
