If you disliked Portland protest Bureau then you are going to hate Black Unity PDX

More than anything right now we need to protect the Black people who are willing to speak up about what Black Unity is doing. We need to protect the Black and POC people that are attempting to hold Black Unity accountable because they are targets of physical threats and violence.

Black Unity PDX and Protest Bureau like to shift the focus away from the Black women who have been asking for accountability from them for several weeks. They frame it as though only white people are challenging them on their reformists talking points and swooping.

When people ask me about the threats and the violence that I'm talking about, I'm talking about incredibly scary moments that I've witnessed with my own eyes and other Black and brown people have witnessed with their own eyes at site

I'm not the only person to ask for accountability from this group. They silenced a Black Queer person here when they asked Black Unity if they had contributed at all to bail funds.
