Incidentally, 18 U.S.C. § 951 – Acting as an Agent of a Foreign
Government Without Notice to the Attorney General is the charge for spies without official (diplomatic) cover, the ones used on the Russian Illegals cell popped in 2010.

So we've got Saudi government, royals, social media marketing, and data privacy/possible espionage issues...

Some of this was from the prior indictment.

Here we've got marketing/influence through Twitter Verified Accounts, such as JOURNALISTS in the Middle East...

Data is powerful, and Twitter has lots of it...and there are rules...

REMINDER to all you users of social media how much is out there about you...

...and now we have the part about spies for a foreign government.
