Tottenham player season review.

Hugo Lloris 8/10 - Although he was very unlucky this season with a horrible injury, he has shown why he is considered a top GK in world football, he has kept us in many games this season and we're very lucky to have him.
Serge Aurier 8/10 -This man splits a lot of opinions amongst Spurs fans, however he has had a very good season with 1 goal and 5 assists in the PL. He,like Lloris, has been one of our best players this season, although I do believe he needs to be replaced if we want to moveforward
Toby Alderweireld 7/10 (9/10 since restart) - Despite being in his 30's he is one of our most important players. He looked to have been getting worse after signing the contract, but since restart has showed why he is our best defender.
Jan Vertonghen 4/10 - This season wasn't a very good one for Jan, he was far from the player we know he is, I believe this is due to the fact he is getting older. There were a few good moments for him, the one that stands out was the last minute winner at the Molineux.
Davinson Sanchez 6/10 - Lets be honest, it hasn't been a good year for us, and especially our defenders. Sanchez has been alright this season but he's very hot and cold, he tends to have lapses in concentration. There is no doubt that he is still a very good defender.
Eric Dier 7/10 - Since the restart Dier has proven that he should be starting now that he has found his preferred position, but he also has the same lapses of concentration Davo has.
Ben Davies 6/10 - This season he has been pretty decent defensively (Apart from Leipzig game), the thing he lacks is the ability to attack (the polar opposite to Aurier), he will be alright for one more season but he shouldn't be 1st team quality if we want to move forward.
Harry Winks 6/10 - Like Davies, he's had a pretty decent season, the problem with Winks is the way he plays doesn't help the team, he passes sideways a lot and offers nothing in attack and seldom in defence, he should be a rotation player next season should we sign a DM.
Tanguy Ndombele 3/10 - Although he's one of our most talented players, he has struggled a lot this year with fitness. It is clear to see why we bought him as he has bags of potential, I think he'll get better next season with a DM behind him which allows him to roam freely.
Moussa Sissoko 5/10 - It hasn't been the best season for the Frenchman despite being one of our best players the season prior. He has been unlucky with an injury that had him sidelined for 4 months. Since restart he's been decent but I think this window is the ideal time to sell.
Giovani Lo Celso 9/10 - One of the very few positives to pick out of this season, he has shown how versatile he is, whether thats playing as a more attacking midfielder or playing as a deep lying playmaker and/or a ball carrying midfielder. My POTY.
Dele Alli 4/10 - Despite very good stats in the PL, he has had a pretty poor season. Most of his G/A's this season come from the first 8-10 games under Mourinho. He struggles to play without Kane and that was evident when he did not get a goal cont. in 11 games.
Erik Lamela 6/10 - Another Spurs player that splits opinions, Lamela had a great start to the season that stopped when he was injured. One of our better players off the bench, he tends to come on and make an impact on the game. I think he's a very good squad player.
Steven Bergwijn 6/10: Despite a very strong start with a goal against City, Wolves and Utd (Assist v N'Castle), he hasn't really convinced me. He tends to disappear in games and shows no presence, I do however, believe he has a lot of potential and 27m was a steal.
Lucas Moura 5/10 (8 since restart) - A player Spurs fans have turned on after one average season (which baffles me), he has still popped up with important goals (City, Wolves etc.). Since restart he has really stepped up, taking his rightful spot in the XI over Bergwijn.
Harry Kane 8/10 - Despite a serious injury, he once again became our top scorer this season, scoring 18 goals in 29. Would've probably won golden boot if it wasn't for the injury. Always a big hit to the team when he gets injured, backup definitely necessary.
Heung Min Son 9/10 - Another fantastic season for the Korean, scoring 11 and assisting 10 in the PL, proving once again that he is a very important player. It's clear to see why he was given every award (at the club) at then end of the season - Also got Goal of the season.
Jose Mourinho 7/10-Jose did a very good job coming in midseason with a bunch of players that had seemed to give up under Poch(sadly). A season riddled with injuries and a team that wasn't his, getting us Europa league is an impressive feat. Hopefully he'll get the players he wants
Tottenham Hotspurs 4/10 - An overall poor season with games like Bayern and Brighton I'd rather forget. The only positives to take from this season was finishing above the scum and scraping EL - Something I'd have turned my nose at the start of the season. A season to forget.
