1/3 of our lives are spent at work.

Yet churches rarely equip and mobilize their congregation on how to be faithful witnesses in the careers.

I don't just mean sharing the gospel with whoever will listen in the office. I mean participating in the renewal of all things through your vocation.

If churches don't teach their people how their faith and work go together and train them in how to be faithful and find purpose in the marketplace, they will lose another generation to either a shallow faith or all together.

You don't have to be a minister to be in ministry. We're all managing the mysteries of God in our workplaces. The work we do matters.

I want to see everyone with every day jobs equipped and mobilized to make a difference right where they are at.
