This early demo of Overrated (SO different from the album) is just stunning. The piano is beautiful, his voice is perfect, and the sorrowful repetition of “keep me” reminds me of a prelude to “thank God that you found me”

My favourite is the Rock In Rio version because of the guitars and his voice, but the acapella beginning of the symphonic version without any orchestration at first, is just so breathtaking. Also the clashing harmonies and how he sometimes rolls his “r”s
