Here is the xG version of my #FPL valuation plots

I used xG data to create xPTS per 90mins (xG + xA + xG against). xPTS shows the 'true value' of a player for every 90mins. Whereas PTS per GW offers an alternative view based on appearances (still useful)

Some observations below
Man City

Very hard to argue against 2+ assets in your team. Jesus if he can get regular minutes is a fantastic option (as seen by 40 actual pts last 5 GWs). So is Aguero. Though Sterling & De Bruyne will probably be the key options (most minutes/starts) https://twitter.com/TimBayer93/status/1250880065472258049?s=20
Man Utd

Martial (& Rashford) have higher xPTS per 90 than Bruno. Penalties are excluded here which have value in FPL but underlying xG favours Martial & maybe even Rashford.

Lots of talk around Sancho which can shake things up.
Chelsea

Pulisic (& Chelsea) put in some solid underlying xPTS in #FPL terms. Based on this season, even a price in the 8m (to almost 9m) range is attractive for Pulisic (assuming he's still a regular which seems likely).

Worth looking at next year given an all new attack.
Liverpool

Salah, Mane, Robertson, & Trent again within the 80th percentile for xPTS per 90 (and PTS per GW) this season.

Salah & Mane at 12.5m are still good value and have yet to drop below the 80th percentile. The price buys you consistency.
Spurs

As a team, Spurs are struggling to create consistent xG in many matches https://tabsoft.co/303SmL8

Value _could_ be found in the defence as per Mourinho teams.
