Gems from Attorney General Barr's testimony to the Judiciary Committee today:

Congresswoman D-GA4: "Will you reverse course and allow people like me in this country to have access to quality healthcare"

Barr: "I'm the lawyer... I don't set policy"
Congressman D-AZ9: "If the President asks you to intervene and try to stop states from counting legal ballots after election day, will you do the right thing and refuse"

A.G. Barr: "I will follow the law."

Congressman: "That's very disappointing"
Barr asks for a five-minute break.

Chairman Jerry Nadler denies and tells him to suspend.

Barr: You're a real class act.
Congresswoman D-PA: Are you aware of your department's policy? *puts something on the screen*

A.G. Barr: What policy? What does it say?

Congresswoman D-PA: Well, I showed it to you.

*moves on*
Observation:

I regularly watch these hearings and they go on for hours. This is par for the course for these overpaid empty suits. But this is by far the worst one I’ve watched yet, the lack of respect and the farce made of the oversight process.

This is your government.
