Before you send that clapback, before you try to bring someone down a few pegs like you think they need, before you ASSUME they meant the worst or need to be called out

Ask yourself:

Are you prepared to accept the fact that your tweet can be the final straw that kills someone?
I know this is going to piss a lot of people off, but it is something we NEED to talk about and nobody wants to address.

It's easy to dehumanize the person on the other side of the screen, but in the end your actions can literally affect whether that person is alive or not.
Twitter is in a constant state of grand standing, callouts at the SMALLEST things, and a desperation to broadcast every little thought to achieve validation and slurp up drama for a temporary high.

Nobody thinks about the other side because, who cares, they were in the wrong no?
Communication doesn't happen. It's shoot first, ask and inquire later.

Crucify the next person and go down the list, all in the name of 'righteous hivemind justice.'

I myself am guilty of this.

It needs to stop and be taken seriously.

Are you ready to accept the consequences of clicking 'Tweet'?
