MLB is having a tough week, but as always it is the result of not really caring. I love MLB more than MLB does, so every conversation reaches a dead end. If I say "Barry Bonds is the best ballplayer I've ever seen", which is my true opinion, I'll get 30 tweets back 1/4
saying "if Hank Aaron juiced he'd be the best" or "Mike Schmidt didn't juice" and it becomes an impossible discussion. I usually hammer back with something about mlb owners profiting from the juice era and then pretending to be shocked about it. 2/4
The conversation becomes tiresome. But if you look back in time, all of the mlb problems come from mlb. It's a 1975 appliance store. The big decision is deciding how many harvest gold fridges to order. 3/4
While life goes on all around mlb ponders harvest gold as an appliance colour. I love nostalgia, mlb is living in the past. This will not end well. 4/4
