💥Win your Morning, win your DAY!

5 Simple Habits I use to get my day started...

- I get up early
- I get up excited
- I get up energized

But, this wasn't always the case.

I've developed these attitudes.

I'll show you how in this thread.

Set a "GO" time.

- I don't set an alarm
- I have a "GO" time of 3:30am
- If I wake up before, I go back to sleep
- If I wake up after, I get up, no questions asked
- This eliminates the "decision," it's if/then
- FULL DISCLOSURE: During school I set a back-up alarm

Hydrate Yourself.

Drink your fluids. Your body needs them to function. Your brain needs them to think.

- First thing, I drink 16 ounces of water
- Then, I drink black coffee
- Tea, if no coffee

- No calories before moving
- You don't need them

Go for a Walk at Sunrise.

This teaches me to not take myself so seriously. I am important, but insignificant in comparison to the immensity of the world.

- 30 minutes
- Breathe mindfully
- Observe everything
- No technology allowed
- Participate in the awakening

My thoughts need to get organized, so my actions can become organized.

- Read something inspiring
- It should make you feel/think

- Write without judgment
- The subject is irrelevant
- Freeform is my favorite

Clean and Organize.

Leave any place better than you found it.

- Make your bed
- Clean up any messes
- Put away anything you've used
- Get it ready for the next time you need it

Put it All Together.

I do each of these things every morning...
...even weekends.

Good habits and routines are essential to attain and sustain success.

You will become what you consistently do.
