so @Sony dropped the #a7s3 this morning. i had the pleasure of getting to preview the camera (working on a vid) and can say it's the best dslr ive ever used. some thoughts 
most reviews talk about specs. im a youtuber first and specs are never my priority. usability is what i care about.
can honestly say the A7Siii solves for every gripe i've ever had about every single camera i've ever used. it's as if someone watched all of the many many many many many videos i've made where im bitching about cameras and addressed every single one of those complaints.
the flip out screen is perfect, focus is flawless and (for me more importantly) super easy to manipulate, menu system is still super deep but relatively intuitive, it shoots in what feels like total darkness, 4k 120 is just madness and
and the form factor is my favorite. its a brick, solid, reliable.. you could hammer nails with this fucker.

i need more time to figure out what i dont like about it and ill share that. for now it's as close to perfection as any camera ive ever used. this is not an ad, i wasnt paid to say any of this. nice work team @Sony and @SonyAlpha (why does sony have so many twitter handles?)
ok, it's been pointed out to me that this is not a DSLR but a mirrorless camera. further validating that i dont care about the tech stuff.. just usability. call it a banana and i still say its the best damn videorecordingbanana i;ve ever used
