# Concept of ParaVidya and AparaVidya.
As stated in below image of Agnipurana the Vidyas are of two types:
1. ParaVidya ( The Higher knowledge )
2. AparaVidya ( relatively lower kind of knowledge ).
It is clearly stated in our Upanishads that a Man/woman should always pursue +

Both kinds of education, to lead a peaceful life.
But because of the anesthesia in which Santanis are living we never cross our paths with ParaVidya.
AparaVidya includes: All the Vedas, grammar, philosophy, astronomy, astrology, phonetics, ceremonies, medicine, Law, commerce +

Almost everything that most of us pursue in our lives.
ParaVidya includes: learning about the reality or in other words “Bramh”. It is the knowledge of non-visible, caste/religionless, formless, indestructible “reality”.
AparaVidya is the knowledge of objectivity while +

It gives rise to all kind of problems we face in our present time. And most important one is the “Indentity Crisis”.
We donot know what we are chasing, we run after materialstic things but deep down in our hearts we know that it is nothing but mere waste.

Degrees, materialstic love is the result of attaining Only AparaVidya.
Attaining and pursuing ParaVidya along with the Worldly knowledge (AparaVidya) gives a feeling of mental stability (which our generation clearly lacks), it gives a feeling of pursuing some higher knowledge+
