I’ve always respected everyones opinion out here and I will always do! But I feel like I have to give mine on Kepa.

Here goes an UNPOPULAR thread on Kepa.👇
Kepa made 36 appearances in his debut season under Sarri, He kept 14 clean sheets and at some point was in the run for the Golden Glove award. In that same season, he conceded 39 goals and made 82 saves and interestingly has never made any error leading to a goal. 👇
We should not also forget Kepa's heroics in the Europa League semi-final penalty shoot-out against Frankfurt at Stamford Bridge - he saved us when elimination was staring at us. 👇
Yes, Kepa is the world most expensive goalkeeper and indeed everyone especially Chelsea fans expect to see him perform to the highest level week in week out but unfortunately this is not what we're witnessing now. 👇
We have all witnessed examples of very harsh critical remarks Kepa has received this season from football pundits and fans of Chelsea.

Sadly... even death threats!👇
This is how low Chelsea have allowed people to attack Kepa without anyone protecting him from the club. I feel Chelsea has left Kepa to fight this battle on his own which has taken a toll on him. 👇
Unlike David De Gea who is being protected and even praised by Ole, here in Chelsea, Lampard doesn't show much concern about Kepa's situation.

Yes... Kepa has truly underwhelmed especially in his second season under Frank Lampard. I know that! 👇
In my humble opinion, Kepa is very good but he's just going through some rough patches which is normal for every young goalkeeper.

There are some questions that run through my mind...👇
Instead of us criticizing him, why don't we try to ask questions like, what happened to Kepa of last season? Is he suffering psychologically? How are Chelsea Football Club trying to help him? 👇
I believe Kepa still has the ability to be our number one goalkeeper for a very long time. Chelsea and the whole supporters of the club need to show faith and also inspire confidence in Kepa.

Yeah, I know our fanbase and that is quite impossible... 👇
I don't believe bringing in a new goalkeeper will solve the whole issue. Besides, Chelsea will struggle to sell him to any club if they have any intention of recouping the amount they used to buy him from Bilbao.👇
Chelsea can start by trying to defend Kepa from some of this harsh criticism he has been receiving from pundits and most importantly try to get good defenders who will inspire confidence at the back.👇
Chelsea can also get Kepa a personal psychologist to work on his mentality issues.

This things are real and happen consistently...

Finally, Kepa has to make sure he works on his weaknesses to prepare him very well for next season. 👇
It every Chelsea fan's wish that Kepa Arizabalaga will replicate or even do better than what the legendary Petr Cech did for Chelsea and also attain his legendary status at Chelsea and the football world at large.

Yes, I would give him another chance, another season. Thanks !
