- Go to bed 8 hours before you âneedâ to wake up.
Need to be up at 9am?
Donât stay up past 1am.
The body is going to wake itself up when itâs rested (for me this is around the 7-7.5hr mark)

Get the BLOOD FLOWING
After getting sunlight - causing the brain to wake up
You need to get the BODY awake.
-Stretching
-Push ups
-Yoga
-Running
I don't mean crossfit type energy.
Just get your body on par with your mind.
Touch your toes - do 25 jumping jacks - anything.

- LITTLE TO NO carbs and sugar - itâll negatively effect you in a matter of hours and then youâre morning progress will be for nothing.
* Something to Note: If you wake up without an appetite, blue lights effecting your bodies rhythm.
This means, if youâre in bed at 11pm...

... scrolling on your phone, looking at your laptop, etc. it confuses the body about what time of day it is.
Simply fix this by not looking at a screen for an hour before getting in bed.

Last but most important - don't look at your phone until you're wide awake.
