And the condensed European fixtures that involve Wolves, Man Utd, Man City and Chelsea finish on August 23rd.
But the PL have guaranteed everyone 30 days rest.

This means that the four clubs mentioned above won't play until around GW3.
Which leads to chip strats.

This seems the easiest option, as it means the first two GWs you would pile in on those with good fixtures before then coming onto the returning assets you want, knowing that they will have doubles coming.
This is risky though as it requires a very early WC.

BENCH+FT
This strategy would require more planning. You would construct a team with 3 assets from the clubs that have blanks, and work without making any transfers until GW3.
At this point then use 3 transfers (-4) to bring in 3 more assets giving you 6 from the teams above.

These are just my first thoughts, obviously once the fixtures are released and we can confirm who is playing who we will be able to plan accordingly.
