Used to have a lot of fun writing threads about different nutrition and exercise tips, then it became super oversaturated and a chore to think about what to write. Everything in that sphere becomes rehashed and recycled. I see accts promoting eggs, shitty vegetables, dumb
supplements, etc. right now, all of which have been discussed long ago here. People reposting things as their own when I've seen accounts here talk about it ages ago. Too much normie catering opened the gates to knock off accounts. Just something I've been feeling lately
And btw, a lot of the supplements you see accounts shilling for as a result of their own 'research' were those that @hyperboriankiwi talked about over a year+ ago. He was one of the only people I can remember that would share knowledge about relatively unknown supplements
