period time, do not plan special events, eat more calories, esp meat
, plan for much needed time alone, journal, good time to think of new ideas/projects


Wk 4: coming down, some have pms symptoms here, good time to unwind and prep for the next upcoming cycle

Wk 3: ovulation, you feel hot and are hot, plan dates here, plan special events here, highest peak of energy, need more calories for heightened metabolism
Wk 2: pre-ovulation, good stable energy this week and time to try new exercises/hobbies
