Along with my usual FF content...I will post some interesting "different" things are exist where I live. Post some of yours...I've got it a little easier since I live in Shanghai, China...

PART ONE: TRIP TO IKEA (a short thread)
On the whole it is very much the same...products are pretty much the same...prices are in Chinese Yuan...signs are in Chinese with some English...

With the same sense of humor...
these are wooden mannequin hands you can buy...flippin' the bird apparently is universal...
After the checkout, there's a small fast food stall & a food store (salmon, coffee, chocolate)... At the fast food stall you can get hotdogs, ice cream and...

ICE CREAM HOT DOGS...

(ORIGINAL FLAVOR LOL)

LOOKS LIKE AN ECLAIR BUT IT'S ICE CREAM ON A HOT DOG BUN.

"DIFFERENT"
We went traditional "cone" but we were definitely the minority...
young people busy on WeChat (China's version of WhatsAp) need to eat....
the older generation is being "hip" too...
all in all just an interesting "different thing" to share. If you can any DIFFERENT THINGS from your neck of the woods, please share... cultural whether international or local is alive and well and fun to get to know!

Thanks for reading!
