I did a tweet in Mar 2020 about how insane it is that some people think "people will leave the city"

"Urbanization is a 6000 year trend that wasn't going to stop because of a 3-5 times a century Flu"

Today I've put in a formal offer on rural land & fly back to NYC to pack up.
A lot of keynote speaker types are pivoting to virtual events.

I'm pivoting to elderflower syrup,a rural coworking space, fish farming, designing cheap pre fab homes, refurbishing mobile homes & hope to create a lot of local jobs, while still working for Publicis 80%
Not secured the land yet, a couple in Atlanta have an offer expiring in 3 days, but I've never come close to becoming this excited.
Met some of the best people I've ever met in the last few days. From Tree surgeons to Bank managers, to property owners , to Septic tank installers
In all reality I’m not properly LEAVING NYC.

I’ll still be there about 30% of the time.

If only I could LEGALLY rent a studio and rent it out here and there LEGALLY on Airbnb to nice people for a sensibly low price making good use of it&

bringing energy and income to NYC
