The 7 papers that Y6 students get have a total of 136 sides, so that's 68 pieces of paper. About 0.6 million Y6s take the tests.
KS1 papers: 100 sides, so 50 pieces of paper. I assume about 0.6 million Y2s take the tests.
Phonics: I think just 1 page per pupil.

If you multiply these up, you get a total of 71.4 million sheets of paper, which would be a pile 7.4 km high (nearly 25 Eiffel Towers).
