For 56 years I, without a second thought, ate the flesh and secretions of other animals, never cared all that mattered was my pleasure. Then something happened, I realised that I didn't need to, and I realised that it was not in line with my sense of justice.
I changed overnight, went from eating flesh, eggs and cheese, drinking milk three or more times daily. Rare steaks, bacon burgers, chops, roasts, you name it I gorged on it, loved every mouthfull.
Two years later I am a very different, and hopefully nicer, more thoughtful individual, sure I still get angry, mainly about different things though.
My point is if I can make such a drastic change to my life, so easily, with no real effort, with only good effects. Anyone can. All you have to fear, is fear itself, fear of being seen as weak or different. But that is an appaling excuse, face your fear, laugh at it. #GoVegan.
