5/ He found books that either tried to minimize gender differences, out of a bizarre sense of political correctness, or were chauvinistic in their approach to gender, neither set referring to the actual science.
6/ In the author's view, though all children are different, male children have more in common with other male children, than with female children. And female children have more in common with other female children, than male children.
7/ Also, in the author's views, though age can explain a lot of the differences in learning styles, gender plays a more significant role.
