1. “Mr. Barr, in your prior testimony to Congress you told @SenBlumenthal that you “may have told” @realDonaldTrump “the name” of one of Mueller’s sealed cases, listed in Appendix D of his report.

Did that case involve any relative or friend of the President?” https://twitter.com/kurtbardella/status/1287788351714517003
2. “Mr. Attorney General*, how do you justify telling @RealDonaldTrump the name of one of Mueller’s still-sealed cases?”

* not “General”, please, @HouseJudicary. Barr, like Trump, has never served anything but himself.

3. “Mr. Barr, what was your motivation for telling @realDonaldTrump the name of a sealed case from Appendix D of the Special Counsel’s report?

Is this case at SDNY, where you removed Geoffrey Berman?”
4. “I remind you, sir, that you are under oath; did you have concerns about the case you discussed with @RealDonaldTrump that formed part of your motivation to remove Mr. Berman?” @RepJeffries @KarenBassTweets @RepRaskin
5. “Mr. Barr, in the press conference you gave on the Mueller Report, you said the Special Counsel had investigated whether the Trump campaign colluded with Wikileaks; then you asserted that doing so was not a crime. Why would Mueller investigate a non-crime?” @lucymcbath
6. “Mr. Barr, you made additional redactions that the Special Counsel’s team did not think were warranted. Is it not true sir, that most of these involved Wikileaks?” @gregstantonaz @RepJoeNeguse @RepJayapal
7. “Mr. Attorney General, as you told @realDonaldTrump the name of a sealed case from the Mueller Report, there are concerns that you may be yourself attempting to obstruct justice on behalf of the President. Appendix D (A) has one sealed case, that is, a case “on the substance”
8. “....if that case were in fact against @Wikileaks, that would mean you were not telling the truth when you said that Mueller, in investigating Trump’s contacts with Wikileaks, was investigating a non-crime. How do you answer to that charge, sir?” https://patribotics.blog/2019/05/16/chelsea-mannings-case-is-wikileaks/
9. “Mr. Barr, before the Report was finally delivered to you, you and Mr. Rosenstein had a meeting with the Special Counsel the prior week, in which he unofficially previewed his findings to you. Did he indicate to you in that meeting that he wished to indict @realDonaldTrump?..”
10. “...and, Mr. Barr, you once famously said “I’m trying to grapple with the word ‘suggest’. Let me be clear; you are under oath and must not behind any exactitude of phrase. Did Bob Mueller discuss give ANY indication to you or DAG Rosenstein that he wanted to indict @POTUS?”
In fact, Mueller did tell Barr he wanted to indict Trump - and his three eldest kids, and Jared Kushner, at that meeting; and the case that is redacted at the end of Appendix D (A) of the Mueller Report is “United States vs. Wikileaks, et al”
That case is described there as being ‘under investigation’ because it was then at Grand Jury stage. Cc @ericswalwell - that is the Grand Jury/ case Chelsea Manning and the “Mystery Witness” under FSIA refused to appear before; the case SCO’s team said was “continuing robustly”
I understand the temptation to go all in on Portland @HouseJudiciary, but you will never have another chance to put Bill Barr under oath and get him to admit that he is directly conspiring with Trump to spare him future prosecution over @wikileaks
End thread. And please don’t let him hide behind forms of words, or run out your clock. Try not to ask two questions at one time, @HouseJudiciary - he will answer the least damaging one, ask any of your lawyers. Good luck sirs and ma’am’s @RepSwalwell @JerryNadler @RepTedLieu
