In addition to its 4th Amendment claim, @protctdemocracy and their co-counsel @Debevoise and @PerkinsCoieLLP challenge @DHS_Wolf's authority given his "acting" status. They also raise a First Amendment claim, and challenge @DHSgov's statutory authority to police #PDX.
