I've never seen a time in my life where there seems to be more relational friction and tension than right now.
I see it in everyone. I've seen it in myself where the smallest things will annoy me way more than they should. I've had lots of friends tell me the same.

People are on edge. People are feeling stress.
Some people feeling this have clear and obvious factors. They have someone close to them that's sick. They've lost a job. Or a relationship.

But I see tons of people like me, who on the surface look to have most everything going the right way. People like me who haven't been directly affected by this that are feeling it too. It's a sense of uneasiness. It's kind of "heavy".
If you're feeling that, I'd say simply "It's OK." There's likely nothing "wrong" with that. I'd even say it's maybe natural and proper. Not all of life is a highlight reel of wins.
What I would say though, is try and do your best to understand most everyone is dealing with something. And to show them as best you can a little extra grace. I need it. I'm guessing you likely need it too.
Rock on.
