Take a break & re-charge

Schedule in time for exercise/ movement daily
Create & Reinforce boundaries
Schedule in time for hobbies
Practice yoga/ meditation/ stress reduction
Sleep 7-9 hrs (dark room, cool temp, limit caffeine/sugar minimum 2-3 hrs before bed)
