Though I always had the tendency to become a feminist,I did not fully understand the concept until two years ago after listening to Chimmamanda,reading a couple of articles and doing a comprehensive research.
It is true that men too have suffered,they still do,but I choose to a feminist,rather than a human right activist becos women are mostly at the receiving end of societal injustices. We have suffered way more than men have. https://twitter.com/UN_Women/status/1287109122391932928?s=19
That's enough reason to be angry. But How do we now bring an end to all of these injustices? Personally, I engage people in conversations,I educate them and let them see the injustices the society in the guise of culture does to both men and women,but especially women.
It has been very effective for me. My very close friends, both guys and girls are now feminist.

Hate men from now till forever,it'll not change anything if we do not educate them and probably fight for laws and norms that do not favor women to be changed,organize campaigns & " raise our children differently" etc. You're a misandrist if all u care about is bringing men down
I'm against all forms of injustices done to women. But does that mean I'll stand by women even when they're wrong? Even when they're lying? You think women too can't be oppressors? You're totally wrong.. I seek equality not superiority of any gender.
