1/ Breaking News! The BBC today emailed its BBC Pride Network to tell members that Mermaids will be permanently removed from its Action Line contacts ‘following audience complaints’

2/ “... against a backdrop of increasingly contested issues relating to trans issues and children. It is a complex area and the BBC needs to remain impartial when signposting audiences to organisations that can offer appropriate advice.”

3/ This is fantastic news which affirms how more and more organisations are becoming concerned about the influence and practice of Mermaids, whose own CEO took her 16 year old abroad for GRS.

4/ it would be fantastic if the BBC replaces the Mermaids link with links to @Transgendertrd and @SafeSchools_UK but it evidently has no plans to do so at present.

Now is a time to perhaps reflect on what children DON'T need.
