As a new account, you won't be making sales... UNLESS you have results.
Pick one money-making activity that can get results decently fast.
For example flipping comes to mind. Follow the accounts such as @GetPaidMore or @DoctorFlip and learn from them.

Once you've picked a money-making strategy, you have to DO it.
Buy ONE guide. Not two, not three... only ONE.
Apply the exact strategy, track your progress.
Every time you have results, share it on Twitter.

All you have to do is make sure your affiliate link is inside the tweet where you shared results
And the creator's influence is doing the rest for you
