#Kashmir instrument of accession on which Fascist India base their whole claim on Kashmir is the most useless legal document ever. I will keep this simple for people who get overwhelmed with too much information & just stick to the overarching story. You can research the rest..
..if I pique your interest:

(1) There was no neutral party present to witness the so called signing & under what conditions it was signed.

(2) Hari Singh was a known despot who ruled Kashmir with an Iron fist, inhuman cruelty & tyranny, well documented....
The Poonch Rebellion (June-Oct 1947) was the final straw for the people in that region. The advantage they had was that they had served in large numbers in the British Army whereas people in Kashmir valley were mainly agrarian.
This allowed the region currently known as Azad Kashmir to wrest themselves away from the evil Maharajas clutches.

3) The Despot Evil Maharaja signed the Instrument of accession on the 26th of October 1947. This was keeping in mind the backdrop of his Evil Dogra army...
...with the help of Sikhs & Fascist RSS Terrorists busy with a massive scale Muslim genocide which ran from September to November 1947 with events of 24th August in particular dubbed as ‘a reign of terror’ How much stock people put in a genocidal maniac signing an instrument..
...of accession handing over people he was massacring and torturing without their consent, obviously, I’ll leave to your good judgement.

(4) Treaty of Amritsar March 1846, the British SOLD KASHMIR to Gulab Singh Dogra for his boot licking, for a measly 7.5 million Nanakshahee..
..rupees & bestowed the title of Maharaja. This dynasty then handed it over to India. A region changing hands between successive colonisers in ridiculous ways. If the subcontinent was free from colonisers someone left Kashmir out of the equation as if we ..
did not deserve the choice like the rest. According to Mountbattens acceptance letter we did, according to Nehrus public statements we did and according to the @UN we did. But who gives a rats *ss, right!
(5) This brings us to India and their role. THE BIG LIE that India have sold for decades is the one of the tribal INVASION of Kashmir by tribals and militias from frontier tribal areas. The 1st thing to understand is that the Poonch Rebellion had happened and Jammu massacre..
.. was also underway against Muslims. The so called INVASION was infact a RESCUE mission to prevent a possible genocide of Muslims in Kashmir and to put a halt to it in Jammu. As survivors of the Jammu massacre crossed over it was becoming clear to the other side what the..
(6) The hypocrisy, two-faced nature & evil scheming of India becomes apparent taking the two cases of Hyderabad & Junagarh states in 1947/48, both Hindu majority stated ruled by Muslim rulers, the Nizam & the Nawab. The Nawab of Junagarh has signed the instrument of accession..
with Pakistan on the 15th of September 1947 against Lord Mountbatten’s advice,
Important to note. On the 16th of September India got outraged because how could a Hindu majority state live in a Muslim country (No such concern for Muslim majority Kashmir joining Hindu Majority..
India because that was taken care of by the Secular India lie that was set up) Patel was worried for Hindus in Junagarh and ordered annexation of the state (note no INVASION this time) and in December a plebiscite was held which India knew they would win with the Hindu majority
(no brainer) but again important to put up a facade of a country that employs democratic means to make decisions.

(7) No such thing was required for Hyderabad which India invaded ‘Operation Polo’ again massacring thousands of Muslims after the Nawab had signed a standstill ..
(8) General Gracey is also an interesting case study. Tasked with looking after the Pak Army, Gracey refused to budge to rescue Kashmir from India which resulted in militias and the tribal forces being prepared to try which was always an uphill task for them. Gracey also passed
information to Nehru via General Lockhart & R. L. Batra keeping him up to date with events. There is also the role of Henry Lawrence Scott is noteworthy, read about him. This shows a clear bias of the British Raj towards India so much so that the Independence Act passed in the..
British Parliament in 1947 was called the ‘India Independence Act’ even though it was an act allowing the formation of two independent countries but no mention of Pakistan in the name. Go Figure. Nehru and Mountbatten were close friends and Nehru, no doubt, was getting some..
..strings pulled by him in the background.

(9) The fact that the Maharaja & India deliberately hid details of Jammu and Hyderabad massacres shows how sinister they are to bury any kind of evidence that would have caused outrage against them in the future & raised questions.
Scraps of evidence remain from other sources. Thus thousands of people who died at the hands of Fascist India have become a figment of our collective imaginations. Countless lives snuffed out in the most inhumane cruel manner and lost to the annals of history thanks to..
..fascist India & their land grabbing obsession at the cost of innocent lives. You can’t even research these events properly because every website or piece of information you come across is put out by India themselves.

(10) The overarching message that can be taken from this
history is that India right from its inception was neither secular nor democratic. It was always a Hindu State biding it’s time to unleash itself on Muslims & started the process in 1947. The RSS is just the most militant and toxic package of that dream of a Hindu Rashtra.
But projecting the image of a secular democratic country allowed India to get where they are today. Now that they feel they have arrived on the world stage there is no need for the secular democratic facade. Its all engines go for Hindu Rashtra and full on massacres
of minorities especially Muslims.
