IN-PERSON BAR EXAMINEES: Here is a 14-day log from the CDC. PLEASE use this to track your health post-exam. (1) Assume exposure, so log for your own safety/peace of mind. (2) We also need post-exam data/info to hold BLEs accountable. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/downloads/php/14-Day-Temperature-and-Symptom-Log-for-Contact-Tracing.pdf @BarExamTracker
The lack of contact tracing in most states is intentional. If we do not self-quarantine or monitor our own interactions, they can claim we were exposed elsewhere. We NEED to work together to demonstrate that these exams are reckless, super spreader events.
Especially given that we have to “absolve” them all of liability (through waivers and attestations) in order to take the exam. Please self quarantine (if at all possible) for yourself, your families, and your peers who have been so blatantly mistreated over the last few months.
@LGSBA2020 The CDC recommends quarantine if "[y]ou were within 6 feet of someone who has COVID-19 for at least 15 minutes." Given GA Tech's interactive map, the fact that many exam sites are doubling as hospital overflows/virus testing sites, the travel required for many, and
the duration of the exam (12+ hours), we all fall into this category. @DiplomaPriv4All @MO4DiplomaPriv @ok_exam @ArizonaDiploma @dp4va @DP4Oregon @BPrybol @alittleleader @CarverJohnny @DewShulman @inspiredcat @KorematsuCtr @TaxLawProf @TaylorOSoule Please boost/RT/tag others.
