Society focuses so much on the things we cannot do, as opposed to the things we can do. And the gag is, you don't even know what we can and can't do. Your judgements are based on your displeasure at seeing bigger bodies and small percentages of ill people.

That's why people get so weirded out or offended when they see fat people doing "normal" things like...i dunno. Running, or doing ballet. Or being in a loving relationship. Or doing the splits. Or modelling. The media has fed you this weird disproportionate propaganda.
Instead of being inclusive and featuring all bodies in things, they cut us out and only feature us in stories about obesity, or have fat characters being lazy, acting stupid, or 'bumbling' about.

And now you have a Prime Minister who looks like a freshly sucked mango seed talking about this 'WAR ON OBESITY'. Which will only go on to increase prejudice, and single out plus size people just trying to live their lives.
