Imagine a rush of muddy water with gold nuggets & diamonds in it 
Too tight of a filter and nothing comes out the other end
No filter and you won’t capture or find any of the gems

When your filter is too tight you express less
Typically this is wanting 100% certainty before expressing
Wanting to know a business will work before expressing
To know if they will like you
To know if that content will do well before posting it

When I lowered my filter down to 40% good starting flowing
Expressing at 40% certainty instead of 100%
If you only talk to people you’re 100% certain about you never leave your bubble
Meeting new people you never know until you say something

It could go well or it could go nowhere
But there’s then at least a chance of something
Even if you two aren’t going anywhere maybe someone they know and introduce you to is a great person to have in your life

With my twitter I don’t think every tweet is perfect or even that good
Funny enough it’s often the tweet I think is not good that ends up blowing up

The channels of receiving are opened by giving & expressing
If I say just one extra sentence to people I meet vs shying away a channel is then open for them to express back

Any form of outward expression is the prerequisite to open the channels of receiving

Your key asset in all this is CALIBRATION 
If a tweet/video is way off you can always take it down
If you say something to someone that is off you can always calibrate and adjust
School taught us we can’t calibrate there is only pass or fail

You’ll be amazed how much less you worry when the worst case scenario is no longer unknown
