So, it seems to me that all we need after Chief Justice AOC writes her majority decision, is a statute that stipulates: a) what legally constitutes a militia b) the maximum number of official militiamen per state/population, and, most importantly, ....
c) decrees that all their weapons must be stored in a common arsenal, under lock and key, only taken out for the purposes of training or when deployed.
